WARRANTY POLICY

I. Product and warranty period

Single store: 1 year warranty, 1 replacement within 7 days
– Double, Triple Kitchen: Warranty 3 years, 1 change 1 within 7 days (or 1 year for products specified separately).
Smell Machine: Warranty 3 years, 1 change 1 within 7 days
– Dishwasher: Warranty 3 years, 1 change 1 within 7 days

II. These are warranted

Overcoming the faults, technical problems caused by the manufacturer
– Products within the warranty period are calculated from the activation date of the product’s electronic warranty number.
– The product must have genuine Kanata Electronic Warranty.
– The serial number of the product is recognized on the Kanata product warranty system

III. The cases are not warranted

– Customers do not or do not activate the electronic warranty stamp, there is no warranty information on the electronic warranty Kanata.
– The product has passed the warranty period
– Warranty stamp is torn, broken, or modified
– The serial number on the machine does not exist on Kanata’s electronic warranty system
– The serial number of the product can not be determined
– Product is damaged due to incorrect use of the manual
– The product is damaged due to mechanical action, physical fall, breakage, impact, scratches, dents, dampness, rust, flow
– Products showing signs of damage due to rodent or insect infestation or fire or natural disasters
– Disassembled, repaired by unauthorized individuals or technicians without the authority of Kanata
– For paper warranty: Product has expired warranty period inscribed on the warranty card or no warranty card, no voucher evidences, warranty card does not specify serial number and date of purchase.
– The product can not determine the origin of the Kanata kitchen equipment

IV. Location of warranty and maintenance

All Kanata products are warranted and maintained at home in the inner city of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. For other local products, please send your product to Kanata’s warranty center or Kanata’s authorized distributors nationwide.
